What is Ojas Yatra?
Ancient civilisations believe that ones vitality, strength, health, & mental/emotional wellness is represented by ones vigor or "Ojas", the source of which can be found at ones heart.
"Yatra" is the Sanskrit word for "journey", representing the sacred pilgrimage we make back to ourselves when we tune into to our divine connection with the oneness around us. The truth of our highest selves realised.

Locally crafted singing bowls
For over 3000 years, singing bowls have been used for music making, meditation & relaxation, as well as an aid on the journey of personal spirituality.
Designed in Nepal by traditional craftsmen, using a method known as ‘hand hammering’ the sound produced by a singing bowl is said to stimulate deeper feelings of spirituality, clarity of mind, create feelings of well-being, & deep relaxation.
Lokta Paper
Hand made in a rural village in northern Nepal, Lokta paper is widely regarded as one of the worlds finest papers. Created from the inner bark of the "Lokta” bush, which grows wild in the Himalayas at altitudes of 2000-3000 meters.
A renewable resource the Lokta bush regenerates from the same root system - making this a tree-free, acid-free & environmentally sound paper.
